• We offer easy returns within 14 days after the delivery date.
  
• In case of refunding for no reason or just changing your mind, the order can be returned but subjected to return fees to be paid by the customer.
• To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging with all tags still attached. If the item(s) do not meet these requirements, we reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange.
  
• The refund process takes 10 business days to complete after the item(s) have been received and reviewed at our warehouse. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this time.
• In case of a manufacturing fault and the item cannot be replaced or mended you get a full free refund within 2-4 working days from the request.
• In case of paying online through a debit or credit card, the amount will be transferred within 7-14 days according to your bank.
• For COD orders ,refunds will be processed through instapay or smart wallet.
